This dynamic leadership development program propels leaders forward by equipping them with the skills and strategies needed to build, inspire and lead high-performing teams. Through 3 days of interactive workshops, real-world case studies and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to cultivate talent, foster collaboration and enhance communication to drive impactful change and innovation.
The Leading High-Impact Teams 3-day executive education program focuses on key areas such as strategic team building, conflict resolution, leveraging diversity and motivating team members to achieve exceptional outcomes. Leaders will leave with practical tools to maximize team performance and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
You should attend this program if:
You are a mid-level manager or director of a formally structured team
You are a member of a newly-formed team or team experiencing significant change
You are interested in stepping up to improve team processes and outcomes
This program is designed to equip team leaders with the skills and confidence to transform their teams into high-impact, results-driven units. Key topics include:

You may be eligible to transfer learning from this program towards the completion of a business degree at Quinnipiac University.

You are only expected to attend one session consisting of three days of in-person instruction. You will identify your desired cohort dates when you register to attend the program.
